"Impossible to get an appointment. Their website says you can book online, all the information is out of date. Apparently you can’t. Staff is so rude I am lost for words.. not helpful at all. I waited in a queue for over half an hour (I was in a queue of over 30 ppl) only to be told they cannot book appointment. Call again..is what I hear every time I call them. What exactly am I paying for from my taxes? Because it’s definitely not for NHS healthcare.. I visited GP once in my life and hardly ever need their assistance but when I do I cannot even get an appointment!! Disgrace!"
"Very shody treatment in responding to emails from other health professionals regarding treatments and medication. Turn around time is ridiculous. Very short staffing all round. I would not recommend this practice, it's too over subscribed and can not cope."
