"Forgot my membership card. Had to enroll and sign disclaimer all over again. Last time they fined me 50p too. Had to pay to keep a 2 year old with me to watch his brother climb. Another person I was with was not allowed to watch his son climb because he wasn't a climber, he was sent to the viewing gallery where you can't see the wall from. The walls VERY limited, but I knew this, the staff/process/policies/nonsense compounds the problem. Will avoid returning at all costs and drive the 45 minutes to Sheffield instead."
