"An enjoyable short stay with the family with helpful staff not least the wonderful Anne who sorted out our complex booking to perfection. Reasonable prices too especially for Winchester. We will be back."
"Normally have good things to say, we arrived late, checked in online, staff friendly, got to room to find halve the bulbs out, didn't report as left early in the morning. Shower had mould on the ceiling, and we had hand towels instead of bath towels, hopefully the next time, Things will be better as they are normally are"
"The place has seen better days. Light fittings not fitted to the wall firmly even to point one upside down. Towel rail missing in bathroom. (see pics) Shower not very warm. Vacuum cleaner left as tripping hazard in corridor for over 2hrs (still there when left) TV only a few channels worked. Booked a room for two people but only one mug in the room. The bed was okay."
"No complaints. Was pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable and quiet. M and S and Costa next door for breakfast. Considering we booked last minute was really pleased to get the room here and would happily stay again. From here it was only 15 minutes to Winchester."
"Friendly staff, nice. Sadly mouldy sheets, but room needs more plug sockets, need them to be logical ABT added more plugs. Brought cash to pay but was hushered to pay straight way with card... As im disabled it became frustrating. Needs updating nowhere enough plug sockets for a 4 bed. Very small TV was a joke. No fridges in room even tho anyone with a long term illness will tell u u need a fridge.(store medication and injections) Microwaves needed in rooms. Humiliating cooking in the reception room. Desperate refit needed."
