"Visited Eccleshall Bridge Club for the first time on the evening of Tuesday 07 February 2023. The Eccleshall club operates from a different venue on a Wednesday. The Offley Hay Village Hall is uphill from Copmere End . It is a single storey modern building with a large car park to the right of the building down a small slope . The entrance is on the right handside of the building with an entry in a long corridor with the main hall on the left. The main hall has a large kitchen area at the left hand top end of this hall. The bridge club do a nice thing which is to stop half way through the night and have a tea / coffee break - with biscuits. We found the club very friendly and welcoming . It had seven tables on night we attended and everyone was very helpful and supportive. A great club worth ringing for a game in your in the area ."
