"booked a halloween party here way in advance, even checked the booking days before the event, were told that we had the room and all was ok and set.. Day of the event we were told they had double booked with us and gave the room to ones who booked second... and was presented when questioned with "Tough, you will need go somewhere else" Vile would be a understatement, we have hosted many events here before and never been treated in such a way as today."
"Hired the lovely big function room .. Since we last used it , there have been new toilets kitchen area (no sink) & fab lighting in the ceiling.. Bar & friendly staff . Allowed to set up at 12noon .. Great venue with parking ."
