From the minute I walked in, Joe made me feel at ease, settling any doubts or nerves I had almost immediately simply my having a friendly, welcoming attitude. His studio is clean, professional and relaxing. He talked me through each and every step he was taking and also generated enough small talk, though not too much, to keep me going through the process.
