"Stood here for 12 minutes, colleague was dealing with a prescription but not once did they apologise for the long wait, didn't say I'll be with you in a moment. I was stood and the checkout as they chatted to a person who was stood off to the side, they then walked past me twice to consult a pharmacist and not once acknowledged my presence. Only until it was my turn and with a line of people behind me did they ask what I wanted, no sorry or anything. I understand people need to be dealt with, but on arrival no one was in the line, 1 person stood off to the side and it appear casual advice, it was only later I noticed it was more than that. Even a simple, I'll be with you in a moment would have been welcomed."
