"Only florist I found that put bunch flowers on my mum's bench at Basingstoke Crem for mothers day, (As I live in Shropshire) unfortunately I am still waiting for the photo of the flowers there, as proof of them being delivered , in memory of the my mum... I have given email address and you have my mobile number.. But I still await the photo..... . Still waiting for photos over 2 weeks later so I'll NOT be using you again so you have gone from 4 stars down to 2 stars..."
"Ordered a bouquet for wife's birthday to be delivered in the morning. They did not arrive . After phoning I was told that they were very busy and that funerals flowers took priority . If I wanted a guaranteed time I would have to pay an extra charge . Was not told this at time of purchase. I was very unhappy and cancelled the order."
