"Unprofessional services, held no responsibility on their mistake, didn’t deserve any star! I asked the staff if there were 2 prescriptions inside the bag, they replied yes so I paid for the fee. I didn’t open the bag because I trust them. Unfortunately after I back home, found that there were 2 boxes of same medicine inside(I need 50 tablets so that’s why there are 2 boxes) tried to call them but the telephone line had problem, couldn’t get through for 2 days so I sent email instead, I didn’t receive any reply so I went there again. The staff work on Saturday said there was no stock for the missing prescription and will get back to me. I also told them the telephone line had problem but no one fix it after a week and of coz no one call me at all. After one week no one is handling my issue so I went there for the 3rd time, they said if it’s my mistake that 2 boxes must be different medicine and asked me to bring the medicine to the pharmacy to prove and refuse to let me know if the missing medicine is back to stock. Okay I went there for the 4th time, showed them the bag, they insisted they gave me the medicine last week, also blame me I should check the bag before leaving the pharmacy. They are just ridiculous, they made a mistake, need a patient to travel to the pharmacy for few times because they couldn’t reach by phone or email and no one cares! And at the end they insist they have no fault! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy, they are not reliable and are irresponsible!"

"Made the mistake of booking here for a Covid booster. None of the staff that I saw and only some of the people waiting were wearing masks (despite being told to do so by the NHS booking system). No social distancing whatsoever and no ventilation either. Incredulous and feeling unsafe, I left immediately and went to a walk-in vaccination centre where EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS MASKED, WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING, SANITISATION AND VENTILATION ALL IN PLACE. How can two places be so different? The Covid 19 pandemic is ongoing and one of the deadliest in history, with c. 625 million cases and 6.56 million confirmed deaths so far. It has not gone away."

"I was really disappointed today when I took my two boys to the pharmacy for a walk in covid vaccine. The pharmacy has submitted to the NHS that they offer this service, but when we got there, there was a small A4 sign saying they no longer do this. We had travelled 20 minutes to use this service on the recommendation of the NHS website. I called 119 and they said the pharmacy is still listed with them as a walk in. THEY ARE NOT The gentleman that does the vaccines was apologetic, and suggested waiting until a after 4pm to see if there were any left over vaccines. I called the pharmacy back after 4pm to see if there were any vaccines left over, and was told to call in another 15 minutes. When I phoned the second time, the lady was quite short with me and just said “it’s very chaotic round there at the moment, so I think it’s going to be a no”. She didn’t make any effort to actually check with the vaccinator in charge, and made it very clear I was an inconvenience to her. When I spoke to the NHS 119 they said the pharmacy itself is responsible for updating the information on whether they provide a walk in service. So they are at fault for the confusion and disappointment. I certainly would not recommend anyone using them, to avoid the stress and upset."
