"Excellent service! Ordered online at 9pm and the flowers were delivered by 4pm the following day! I ordered the small 'Remy' bouquet and it was very well received by the recipient! I had a small issue with my payment card not working so being unsure if I had definitely placed the order correctly. However, I received a call at 9am on the day of delivery from the store to clarify everything. The woman on the phone was so polite, and apologetic, and just a delight to talk to. I saw the reviews were excellent for this florist on Google, and this was certainly my experience. My only feedback was that the photos online of available bouquets are a little limited, (eg colours of flowers included in each, sizes of the larger bouquets-only the small is pictured) but I thought I would post my choice here so people can at least see this bouquet. I guess it varies day on day with what is in season."
