"Hugely disappointed and disgusted with the service received by Lady Flora. After my father in law passed away, my sister ordered a bouquet from this shop to be delivered, only for my mother in law to receive a bouquet nothing like what was ordered or paid for. There were 8-10 roses in picture on website. Bouquet delivered had 1! The rest cheap flowers added in. Then to add insult to injury, after my sister complained this was their response - “There is a massive difference in pricing due to being in the midst of Valentines/ International Women's Day/ Mothers Day. However we acknowledge your disappointment and will delivery a complimentary table arrangement tomorrow” No apology for my sister’s disappointment, made an excuse, and why should some customers get a different service to others!! Utterly appalling response to a customer! Regardless of what may turn up tomorrow ! Avoid this shop!"
