"Super friendly family-run business, with lovely values and a passionate daughter. The dad was extremely chatty, which was lovely, although meant it was hard for me to really take in my surroundings and therefore prices and such. They do gluten free pasta to refill, which I loved, but can't guarantee cross contamination if you're coeliac. Handy to have them in such a convenient location in the town centre. They're looking to potentially move units which I think will be great, as their current space is rather dark and not due to their own fault - I know as I've worked in the unit previously when it was another retailer! They sell some really good products, with a fair amount of range from what I saw, but obviously they're still small and needing to grow whilst sticking to their values and being eco-friendly, which is difficult! I wonder if they could partner with some local sellers who make natural fragrance products, then have these near the door to entice people in with the smell? Either way I wish them the best of luck and hopefully will pop in again at some point to get a good look at the products"
"It is good plastic free shop with nuts, lentils, legumes, seeds, pasta, a lot of flour etc., This shop also has refill option for dish wash, hand wash, home cleaning liquid etc., There are zero waste options are also available. Bamboo tooth paste, soaps etc., can be explored too. I regularly go for nuts and seeds. I would be good to have some comparison done for each with regular variety to push consumers to buy more. For organic and plastic free people don't mind little extra cost."

I bought some high quality organic products. I wish we had this shop in Southampton so I can visit more frequently."
"So glad Basingstoke finally has a refill shop! Lovely friendly staff who are happy to explain how things work. Refills for dried foods, cleaning, washing and they have toiletries and gifts made from recycled materials. Love that the washing liquids and powders have full information sheets so if you have allergies or just want to know what's in them you can check."
