Then top it off the man working was rude and not very helpful at all kept saying weve rebranded but not sure if looks up when he goes to work as its sign written everywhere that they cash cheques . Now i have to travel even more to get my issue resolved . I wouldn't go back in there ever again even if they had a rebrand ."

He understood my concerns, made phone calls on my behalf and, on the second occasion, resolved the situation to my complete satisfaction.
