"Disorganised chaos trying to collect a prescription. Have now called in twice to collect a prescription (1 hours round trip each time )and it has not been ready despite being told it would be. The staff staff are friendly enough but it really needs some sort of organisation system,every time i call in there they can never find presciptions which much be frustrating for staff and customers. I am due to call in later for a THIRD attempt, wish me luck :)"
