They refused to take my parcel as it is too big, and they do not have the space!!3rd time I have attempted to drop a parcel with them, first two times they said their machine was not working even though they then accepted a smaller parcel, this time they just flat refused it...."

"Me and my pregnant wife stayed at about 15mins away, this was the ONLY shop available for miles so we took a walk to get some supplies seeing we were in the middle of nowhere. The shop is advertised as closing at 11pm we arrived at 10:15pm just to find the shop was completely shut on a Saturday night! Because of this we was left dying for water and supplies and my wife wasn’t happy at all. We ended up having to pay for cab miles just to get snacks and water. At least be honest with the opening times you publicly advertise this was a complete nightmare."
"One of the best store in town. Customer service is exceptional very friendly staff and they have good quality products. They also offer DHL, Evri (Hermes), Collect Plus and Yodel services. Must visit to see for yourself."
