"This pharmacy has texted us when my sons meds are ready for years so imagine my surprise when they have neglected to tell me they stopped doing repeat prescriptions, then told me the NHS has stopped this service not them, even though there is a poster on the wall offering the service. The lady said it’s the same with all pharmacies, nationwide. This is a lie as Iv just set up the service with a different pharmacy. I’ll never use them again. The staff told me everyone was told the service was stopping, there was a lot of angry people in the doctors which says it’s not just happened to me."
"I've had nothing but problems with this place for years. Then they say a new computer system is being installed and it will take 3 months to input everyone's details. Guess what .. 3 months later and still no repeat prescription service available ! and the reason Covid 19 A company this size using the counter staff to input data one person at a time when they come into the pharmacy. I'm now using Leek pharmacy on queens drive .. it's a extra mile drive but it's like night and day. Really nice staff and so helpful and NOT hiding behind the walls trying to look busy."
"I know you are working under duress with absences. Shortage of pharmacists and the like but not to be able to get medication is ridiculous. I get my medication about 1 every 2/3 months.., and you always struggling to get a pharmacist. Please don’t blame Covid because this has been going on for a while and provision should be made. I"
"The customer service levels leave much to be desired. I called yesterday morning to see when my prescription would be ready "after 4pm" was the reply on the phone. I went to pick it up after 4 and had to wait 30-40 mins for it to be prepared. This wouldn't have been too much of a problem had someone bothered to tell me so I could go and come back later but instead I was just left to stand around in the shop waiting with no communication from any of the staff. I'm currently taking painkillers for a slipped disc, both standing and sitting down are difficult for me so to make me wait resulted in me being in a lot of pain Also on a more general level having a seating area in the middle of the queueing area at a time when people are trying to keep their distance from each other is an unusual choice. Please either move the seats or the queue so there is less confusion among your customers"
"Slow and patronising. I was talked to like a child as I had the nerve to collect my prescription 24 hours after it was prescribed. Apparently I should have know they take 3 days to process - even though the doctor told me I could have collected the same day when I asked. I could here mutterings from behind that “they’d have always phoned up before turning up”. Sorry all, I guess I’m not pharmacy savvy. Luckily you’ll always have customers due to your ability to piggy back on the convenience of your location.....as when discussed with others it certainly won’t be down to efficiency and customer service."
