"The cake and balloon arrived in perfect condition , delicious beyond words and the very large balloon so pretty for our disabled daughter. Really pleased , would highly recommend , specially the cake … yum."
"Very average. Would certainly expect more for the price. Paid £30 plus next day postage. The cake was late due to a supplier issue, but no offer to remove or reduce premium delivery we had paid for. Cake was ok, was a personalised image, but we were expecting it to be more professionally done. The icing sheet with the image on it was very much slapped on top, air bubbles still in it. Would have expected it to have some icing or frosting around the edge to make it blend better. Had also asked for pink ribbon as for our daughter, yet came with blue! Overall the price far to high for the quality of product received."
"Bad Bad Bad! My eldest daughter who used PP said she has never been more disappointed in a company. Made our celebration day for her not as celebratory it would have been otherwise. Very mean with quantity and overall quality of product!"
"Not impressed to be honest. I ordered the selection of gold balloons and only half were in the packet. Although, the packet was already open when it arrived. See my photo to show what did arrive. I had to buy another balloon locally to make the display look better. I did however order a helium tank and it was easy to use. The package did arrive quite quickly, so that wasn’t so bad. It’s just a disappointing experience. I’ll shop locally in future. They did offer a speedy refund though."
"I ordered a cake for my mum's birthday.....upon my mum received her cake, it was 3 weeks expired! The gift card says.... TO ALMA AND DONALD, FROM ALMA AND DONALD!! How does it happened?! It was obviously for my mother because the cake says,,,,Happy birthday Mum!!! We were very very disappointed!!! It was a real mess!!!"
