We received updates whilst they were away and felt completely relaxed knowing they were in such a lovely place. "Our pup had her first stay here and I can honestly say the staff at Buddys were amazing. Matt introduced himself to Marla (our Mali) in such a calm way that she barely grumbled (which is not like her). We messaged during her stay and always got really detailed and prompt responses which set our minds at ease. On collecting Marla we got to meet some of the other staff, who are clearly all very experienced with dogs too. She came out all excited and very happy, she seemed so comfortable that she almost walked past reception (I assumed she was going on another walk with Matt). All in all we were really happy with the experience and Marla was in a great mood so she must have really enjoyed her stay at Buddys."
