"I have used Daily Poppins - Reading for about 6 months. During this period, I had numerous of issues: cleaners left the underfloor heating on despite being asked to check if it is off. The result was huge electricity bills. Cleaning as such was not up to standard as well - I have found condoms, plastic bags and rubbish (on several occasions) left after they cleaned my serviced apartment. I have found dirty dishes in the dishwasher - cleaners never washed. All these were photographed and sent to management company which assured me that will communicate it with Daily Poppins and that this will not happen again. Well, it did not get any better at all. In fact, I had many other issues going forward (my brand new hoover Henry went missing, etc...). In the end, when I terminated my contract with the management company and requested my linen back, I was only given part of them. Justine from Daily Poppins was not particularly helpful when I asked her for the rest and told me to ask the management company. Management company on the other hand said that at the start of my contract I gave the new linen directly to Daily Poppins so I had to ask them. Both - Daily Poppins (Justine) and the management company refused to take responsibility for the missing linen and for all the issues in the past. In the end, I lost a lot of money because of Daily Poppins and the way they operate as a cleaning company. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!"
