"Sadly I visited the vets practice due to unfortunate events after my cat was attacked by a loose dog. The staff there and the vet who examined Russel were all amazing and very supportive during my visit. Can’t thank everyone who worked there enough for their help, especially as it was Sunday afternoon when I attended, nothing was too much trouble. The injuries my cat sustained from the attack were too great for him to recover from and he passed away. Again the staff were all very understanding and helpful during this difficult time."
"We were able to get in and see a vet really quickly when our dog was really unwell. The vet was very thorough and gave lots of advice to help our girl feel better. Happy to say that she’s made a full recovery and I wouldn’t hesitate to take either of my dogs for an out of hours check over if I felt concerned. Thank you!"
"Avoid. I took my dog to this place. He was bleeding from his backside. Whilst I was waiting to see the vet he covered the waiting room in blood. The vet gave him an anti sickness injection and prescribed pain relief. The vet told me he would get better in a few days. I took my dog home and the following morning, I woke up and the kitchen floor was covered in blood. I rushed him down to my own vet and he spent the day there and he was to poorly to take home. Again we had to take my little boy to the emergency vets for an overnight stay. We had a phone call the following morning to say there's nothing more that they could do for my little boy. We had to say goodbye to him. His life cut short. Don't trust your dog with these people."
"Very happy with the service that I received when I had to rush my dog down to vets now in derby on a Saturday night in September of when my dog had eaten a fish hook. Yes it was more expensive due to it being a weekend but it got my dog sorted as we found out where abouts the fish hook was located in my dogs body and we had to be referred to another vets but overall the process of everything was so smooth. Would definitely recommend!"
