"Today, 6th July, my husband and I visited Pets at Home, Uttoxeter for the purpose of purchasing a car harness for our labrador/retriever. We were served by an assistant name Peggy. Peggy was very informative and knowledgeable and explained the various products on offer. Not only that, she actually tried one of the harnesses on our dog. As we were unsure how to actually fix the safety harness in our car she excused herself to her colleagues and followed us to our car to demonstrate the procedure. We were amazed at the level of service this lady gave us. We would be most grateful if you would pass on our thanks to Peggy who went above and beyond the call of duty.
