"I like this shop but it seems to have gone downhill over the last few years, With hardly any fish choices and plants there are never any staff around, you have to walk across the shop to get them to come back to you to get products. They seem to care more about the new electrical department and expanding than the customers, they have some beautiful products but customer service is not there any more which is a shame."
"I was a little bit disappointed to be honest. They have some lovely fish but not a great range. Both goldfish and tropical. They have a great selection of koi. Some small ones and some bigger ones for £49.99 or two for £85. If I has an outdoor pond I'd definitely get koi from there. I was expecting to see rabbits and rats etc but that room seemed to be blocked off"
