"Cute little place, well stocked and helpful staff for all pet needs."
"Difficult to find this place as it's behind other shops on the main old town market square. It's difficult to park at certain times and it's pay at a meter. I have been in twice and they didn't have what I wanted- Large 40 pack pedigree dog food Asda wins. Large 40 pack Wiskas cat food Asda wins. It's unfortunate as I want to support local businesses. It is however well stocked and I probably am one of a few that buy in bulk."
"Have a really large range of products from food to toys for all different types of pets. The staff are really helpful and friendly they try their best to help . I go there first before l go anywhere else just because of the 3 members of staff ."

"What a fantastic pet shop!! We were on holiday at the time and our poodle decided to jump in the river and we had no dog brushes with us to remove all of the mats and knots. Visited Pets Pad and were greeted by the friendly owner who was very knowledgeable and happy to show us the range of brushes, which was a extensive range for all breeds. The shop is full of pet supplies and at very reasonable prices. I must say my initial google search was for pets at home and when nothing came back in the local area Pets Pad was the nearest place. I am now converted to shopping with independent businesses because of this visit, they need the business more than the giant chains and in Pets Pad instance, offer a greater range at a better price!"
