"Up until recently I haven't had a problem with the food for my koi, but the sinking food I bought doesn't entirely sink leaving some on the surface to be sucked in the skimmer, I contacted them on 3/12/22 and had an apology and the offer of a 1kg free bag as a good will gesture, unfortunately I never received it or any more replies to my emails."

"Purchased flake food, algae wafers and bug bites. Flake food was little more than dust so fine the fish had no chance to take it meaning all it did was destroy water quality. Emailed twice requesting a refund or replacement of the flakes but no response was ever received. I recommend you do not purchase from here."
