"When booking the holiday the service was great,it went down hill the day before departure when we received a call saying that the hotel we booked has closed down for the season,we would have to go to another hotel which was fully open and a better star rating! Sounds good??.....well no would be the answer. No reps at hotel,I had to go and argue with reception as the bed sheets hadn't been changed for 3 days!!,then on the 4th day they closed down the pools and resteraunts near us,which then if we wanted any snacks,food or drink on our all inclusive holiday and to go to the pools,we had to cross 2 busy roads with 2 kids in tow(2 and 6) aload of fun with their inflatables!!! My daughter got stung at the pool side by a bee of some sort,nobody really spoke enough English to get any help!!!! Really disappointed and will not be using them again!!!"
