"Truly awful experience. I wasted an entire Summer with these people. Not once did I have a clean pool for more than a day or two. I asked for assistance and help multiple times and from the top level of this business they are rude and condescending. At the end of the Summer I asked to meet and discuss what could be done better this year. They refused to admit there was any problem so I got another company in. They quickly identified the problem - some of the equipment supposedly being managed by Alan Bettina wasn’t even connected up properly and many of my questions had been perfectly valid. In the month since I’ve used the new company it’s shown me just how awful Bettins were. I’d urge anyone not to use them. What they want is to maximise their payment by not fully carrying out what’s necessary to help a customer like me who wanted twice monthly visits. I’m now paying a fraction of the price for a company who are far superior in every way."
