"The drinks machines are awful. One day they can be spitting drinks and ice cubes at you and the next just not at all. To be fair though they have more up-and-go than half the staff that work there. It's a fast-food restaurant but a smile never hurt anyone. They lock the toilet door because they have problems with people using their facilities. It's the worst especially when you have a child who's bursting for the loo and you're reciting a cryptic code in your head like a contestant from the crystal maze because they never gave you the receipt with it written down. I've never understood why there is two Burger Kings in the town centre. Who knows maybe in the other one I might have beat a chaser just to win a table."

"Waited ages for our food, at least 30 mins and despite asking several times, a mixture of a language barrier and a I don't care attitude meant I got no where. The drinks machine was full of ice where the cup should stand, was flavourless and most flavours were unavailable. As we continued to wait for our food, I honestly thought they were chasing a cow around out the back with a taser and I was going to have to purchase a pop up tent. When we eventually got our food, the chips were warm at best, the burger was good and the drink problem I mentioned above, the machine badly needed a drink itself of replacement syrup. If you fancy a Burger King in Southampton, avoid Above Bar and go to the BK by the Bargate instead as they are far quicker and professional. I wouldn't return to the Above Bar BK any time soon. Abysmal"

"I went to this branch of Berger king, it was really quiet place and a few staffs we’re working there. In spite of the fact that was really quiet, all tables were dirty. Also, I asked for a plate with my Berger( I mentioned that I am eat in), at the end they said we haven’t got any plates as all of them are dirty! That’s shows lack of good management which I’m really for sorry for the Berger king for having this branch."

"Always love Burger King than McD especially the fries! Today Bank holiday after the hair cut, I ordered through the apps and pick up directly from here. Not much people dining in and so we sit down to enjoy finally! Their grilled burgers even the plant meat with melted cheese are really delicious! Heard that they plan to open 250 new shops in UK within this year, I look forward to it!!!"

"Not busy. Staff cleaning tables constantly so we had a clean table to use. Two whopper meals for £8.45 on the app deal. Ideal for a lunch snack as we finished our shopping after."
