"I took my engagement ring in as I had lost a diamond out of it. I was given great advice and felt reassured that it could be sorted. Not only that I needed it re-sized and my wedding ring cleaned. I collected them today and I am speechless, they look brand new they haven't looked this way since the day we got married I am beyond pleased and would highly recommend them for any repair or a clean."
"Had my engagement ring resized, would not recommend. They've completely messed it up, it's no longer round, it has tiny holes in the ring itself, a bump and the same scratch marks all around. They're incredibly hard to get hold of on the phone and don't seem to care as apparently only the jeweller can help. This ring used to be perfect and put a smile on my face every day, now it feels me with anxiety and stress, it's a few months old and looks old and cheap now. They're not open on Sundays (few failed attempts found that out!) as the website suggests and we have found it impossible to get there when they are open. I would not trust them to rectify as they clearly have no quality control once they've completed their works. I wish I had studied it harder when I collected it so I could have got my money back then. I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere to get it sorted. Very very disappointed as I didn't want to go to a chain jewellers as hoped the service would be better. Sadly not the case. Don't bother wasting your money with this shop, go elsewhere!"
"I took my engagement ring in to be replated, dropped it off on the Saturday and had it back on the Tuesday, it was cheaper than sending off to Earnest Jones (where it was purchased from) and it wasn't sent away to a third party, it was done in the shop. Came back super sparkly and shiny, as if it was brand new! Really happy with the service and the staff were really nice. Would recommend!"
