"I'll give 5 stars for the job and 1 star for their service - average is 3 stars. Like I said, job is done brilliantly, however they have kept the remaining of the gold after resizing the ring. It was quite a few sizes down on a 14 karat, thick antique ''Russian gold' ring. Apparently, that is the rules, which I wasn't told about. And I don't think I should be the one that is supposed to be asking, I needed to be made aware of terms and condition. Shame I couldn't be there to pick my ring, as would have not left it as that. Strongly believe this is against the law to decide to keep something that doesn't belong to you and I also have paid for the job. I'm writing this review after 1.5yrs as don't want anyone to be in my position. My sister in law just resized her ring there and she got the cut out bit back. Maybe the ''rules'' depend on the gold quality or recently changed? Sadly won't be using this local business ever again. Make sure you are aware about the conditions in advance."
