"I contacted the shop in person back in October as I wanted earrings designed for Mum's birthday that match a necklace brought there 20 odd years before. Then we were faced with another lockdown and my hopes of having these made by her birthday this week were in question. I left a message and Andy got back to me with the assurance that he could source the components and make them in time. Andy called and the earrings were picked up last Saturday, they are perfect in both design and workmanship and I know she will love them.
