"Was experiencing issues with my washing machine when spinning, most notably ratcheting, grinding noises. We spoke to Malcolm and explained the issue and asked if he'd be able to have a look. Malcolm explained that likely issue was the filter and to check that. After directing us to the filter over the phone we found 2 hairclips causing this issue. Since removed the machine is back to normal. Probably saved my something in the region of £80 in just the call out fee. Great guys and obviously very trustworthy. Thank you"
