"As the named address for our landlord, I am frustrated at how they operate. Despite being requested for the address of our landlord as per s.2 Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, they neglected to do so? Furthermore, despite advising them of a name change some 2 and a half years ago, have failed to provide any update to corespondance for this. Nor have they provided Gas Safety Certificates for three years, or an electrical safety test certificate, both required by law! Whilst I presume this is the landlord and not the solicitors, I am amazed that this outfit continue to represent said landlord, and ths in turn brings in to doubt the reputation of the company! In short, they seem to be a dodgy outfit, and as such, best steered clear of!"
