"Great location, nice staff, and the bar has a huge big outlook over Union Sq. The rooms look a little tired and could do with a refresh and the shower was a little weak and again a bit outdated. Overall a pleasant stay."
"My stay was OK. The room are OK and the staff on breakfast are very nice and helpful also the bar and reception staff. But the worse thing in this leonardo hotel is the food is lack of standard each chef cooked the way they like it. They don't know the ingredients on the food sometimes they don't put the ingredients stated in the menu. Or serve food out of date."
"Very clean room's and hotel, good breakfast and great location. Only problem I had was finding the entrance! It's up the escalators in the shopping centre but I didn't spot any clear or obvious signs to let people know."
