"We went on their website to order food but the website crashed so we ordered through food hub, the rubbish website still put through the order with out a order confirmation, it took us back to the home screen and said it couldn't deliver to us. To anyone this would mean it hasn't gone through. But it did so we got 2 of the same order one from the failing website and one from food hub. When we got a call saying there was 2 they refused to refund us, so we hade to pay for both despite it being a error on their website. I person don't think a customer should have to pay out for a failed website. They need the get their website together or be willing to refund for their mistakes!!"
