"Beyond unprofessional. Almost impossible to speak to anyone in their customer service centre, emails take months to be responded to and then ultimately you get inconsistent information from the handlers. They also report false information to the credit agencies and fail to provide any form of service to their ‘customers’. BMW make fantastic cars, but they need to spit from this shoddy, unprofessional finance company who represent them in the UK."
"Contact bmw to discuss a payment was on hold for 45 mins for an advisor to answer repeatedly said hello at 12.08pm then the call disconnected did not attempt to return my call and the lines were then closed. Very convenient if their shift finished at 12pm on a Saturday."

"BMW financial services have been amazing for the last 5 years! After I changed my car for a newer BMW they have been ridiculous. BMW UK or BMW financial services do not get involved when you have a problem!! My approved used BMW had missing bolts including the locking nut! After a lot of back and forth I rejected the car! I am suffering a financial loss and had to go to the official ombudsman and trading standards!!"
"Where do I start ? With the vehicle which was only 12 months old and with less than 2000 miles on the clock needed (as the dealer quoted) - new discs and pads all round at a cost of £1000 to me as it was 'wear & tear' or the fact that having returned the vehicle when the lease expired I found out that BMW hadn't informed the DVLA who are now chasing me for an untaxed vehicle. The response from BMW is that is was my responsibility even though they specifically said that they had all of the documentation and I didn't need to do anything. I would never buy or recommend a BMW to anyone down to the fact that the build quality is obviously sub standard and the service that goes with it is of an equal standard"
