"It has been VERY stressful trying to get a response from the company. In fact, it has taken nearly 6 months. I feel I have been caught in a loop just trying to make contact. Essentially, I have been annoyed and irritated at not being able to get through or get any response at all but now I feel I exist I hope that my interactions with the company improve. Update: so it's now over a week later and they have not delivered on the things they said they would do. I still have not got the form to transfer the account to me. It's a form - email it! I've been on hold for 15 minutes while someone checks if it can be emailed. My solicitor has rung several times also and the promised form has not been sent my post. And despite changing my home address with them they are still sending post to my former address. And evidently the reason that I have been locked out of the portal is because I might have put a space in my date of birth. If I am not supposed to put spaces, why does it only accept the correct amount of digits? This is appalling. Third addition: so I got locked out again. The company website says that I should ring an 0800 number to have the account unlocked. This however does not happen. Essentially, they tell you what you should type in. Although the entries are drop down boxes except for my DoB which I clearly know as I pass the security when I speak to someone. But I still keep getting locked out. So ReAssure, what next? I am certainly not getting any reASSurance from you"
