"Called Rainbow Taxi's up to book a taxi asap at midnight. Then 10 minutes later he picked us up. Fast and efficient service, the driver was friendly and drove well. We got a taxi from The Fishpond to Premier Inn. The price seemed fair. Overall great fast service."
"Called and as much as then driver said he couldn’t go up steep hills he dropped me off in the dark and rain on my own where there was next to no street lights. He knew I wasn’t local to the area. All in all not great and I didn’t feel safe. Plus the driver was driving whilst holding his phone. As much as he was a kind genuine guy. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone if you are on your own and new to the area"
