"AVOID! They took so long to actually do their job that my mortgage offer nearly expired, and I nearly missed the opportunity all to buy all together. They didn't answer their phone for weeks at a time. The longest was 3 and a half weeks! This includes answer phone messages, emails and secure messaging service. On one occasion it was clear they had just completely forgotten to complete the next stage as they said when I rang them that it would be another 4 weeks, which is how long they already said 4 weeks ago! This service is completely unacceptable from a company dealing with such important matters."
