"Terrible experience. They need to change the tagline 'be yourself, be amazing'- This is only if you fit into 'perfect company image. They were great until my son needed some extra support (he's only just turned 5 and only 3 occasions he struggled in 9 months- not even the entire session). Rather than working on strategies together, or giving any alternative approaches a try, some positive collaboration and communication, was simply told 'I'm not sure what he's getting out of it' and pretty much asked to leave. He loved the group and was praised for his confidence and energy and memory skills, given a lead role and awarded 'poppet of the week'. When he had a couple of bad days, not even consecutively, the attitude toward him totally changed. All negative feedback expressed in front of him leaving him in tears. Please be aware that staff are ill equipped to manage anything beyond very basic support needs even from very young children. I'm heartbroken for my son."
