"I completed my Day Skippers course this summer with Universal and in every way they exceeded my expectations. Mel made the booking process incredibly easy and even responded back to my multiple questions and emails late into the evening (I live in the US so am 5 hours behind). When I arrived the boat was immaculate and our instructor Clive was superb, we had strong winds all week and conditions that I would certainly have not even considered going out in before the course, but Clive's training and knowledge was second to none. I learned a huge amount and had fun doing it. As a single customer given the option to book my own cabin for a small amount more was key, even though the whole crew bonded amazingly well.
