"I made the worst choice with this kindergarten. the accountant made me wrong invoices since the first week. Then because I wanted to withdraw it, they made me another invoice for the following month (December) and forced me to pay it because of the terms and conditions in the contract, I paid it even though I didn't have sent the child to this nursery . Then, when everything was not enough, they sent me another bill for January and also forced me to pay it. I had proof in writing that I no longer want to send my child to this nursery and I had a terrible argument with them, in the end they deleted the invoice. This kindergarten is made only for money and it was a nightmare for me. think twice when making a choice... Please note the accountant not read messages just generate invoices"

"Our little one has been here over a year and so has been in various rooms over the different age groups. Each has been fabulous! They absolutely love the nursery, and it's obvious how much the staff care which was the number 1 thing for us in choosing a nursery. The staff are just brilliant. Lots of outside play year round too. And they helped my little one who was a very late walker. Highly recommend! Edited to add - the food is also brilliant. All made fresh on site and they take great care in offering healthy food, and I saw that they recently won an award for their food too which didn't surprise me!"

"Cannot fault the staff in the rooms with the children, they are welcoming and caring and the education that happens in preschool is faultless. I will be forever grateful for Danielle, Chloe, Natalie, Michelle (amongst others) for the care they have provided for my daughter. However there are issues with accounts, the invoices are more often wrong than right, and every month it comes down to me to point out the problem. Communication has been poor, not being informed when staff join and leave doesn't sit well with us (especially those within the rooms). I feel the flexibility could be improved. To ask 5 weeks in advance to move one day in one week, I didn't feel was unreasonable, but the response said otherwise. The owners are clearly just using it as a money maker as a message sent ages ago has still not been replied to. With turnover seemingly high (and some members of staff moving to other local nurseries) the staff themselves are not enough to keep us there- they could be leaving too and we wouldn't know! I would also advise caution when looking at some ratings here- coming from staff themselves!"
