"The worst place to buy a mattress from. I bought a Gainsborough mattress from this company in July this year. It smells of sheep and the mattress is desintegrating, hairs or wool is coming out of the fabric of the mattress buy the handfull. It's clearly a manufacture default, this was confirmed buy the manufacturer Gainsborough beds UK. The contents of the mattress aren't meant to come out when you touch the mattress. Over £3000 I paid for a bed not suitable for humans After many requests Fabbfurniture still refuses to take it back and refund my money. Stay clear of this company."

"Terrible company. Their 'guarantee' isn't worth wiping with. Our sofa started sagging severely in the middle (6 - 8 inches) 3 months after purchase, and it's a barely used sofa that sits in the kitchen diner. We complained and they sent an 'independent' assessor round to tell us "nah, that's fine", only to generate a report so that they can submit it to the furniture ombudsman when you make a claim. Awful product quality, awful service. Avoid."

"Bought an "Evolution Motion Extendable Table" from them in May for July delivery. A fancy glass table that you rotate to extend. £899 for the table, and £79 for the delivery and assembly. The table arrived 4 weeks late and had 2 issues: -Extension mechanism was noisy and tight -There were gaps between the panels. After calling Customer Care a technician was appointed. They were unable to rectify the problem and asked for assembly instruction to be sent by FABB (AHF Furniture brand). Several weeks later the technician revisited and unsuccessfully tried to fix the issues leaving the table in a worse condition than it was. The technician told me the table needed replacement and the order would be fulfilled shortly. I asked to put the table back together and went back to work while the technician quietly left (leaving loose nuts, bolts, glass panels and other parts of the mechanism in a non-usable state) and apparently left a not of the system saying "the customer was very rude and abusive" (which I found out about after calling customer care after discovering the state of the table). The resolution I was offered was to "stop using the table because the AHF won't be liable for any resulting injury due to table instability and to wait for a call from the technician who may be able to visit in a few weeks time". The account manager called Amir advised I could write a complaint but he will be the one reviewing it, and there was no point complaining to upper management because they were the ones to come up with the resolution. And that's the end of the story about the level of service and support you get for buying an expensive piece of furniture from these talented businessmen.
