Southampton Hospital School

Welcome to Southampton Hospital School, a unique establishment located at 119 Tremona Road, Southampton in the United Kingdom. Our school is an essential point of interest for students who are undergoing treatment in one of the six hospitals in the region. We are a fully operational school, providing education to children aged 5-16 who have long-term physical or mental healthcare needs.

Our institution understands the difficulties that young people face when attending school whilst undergoing medical treatment. Therefore, our staff work tirelessly to ensure that our learning environment is safe, supportive, and tailored to all students' individual needs. We aim to provide a positive and enriching experience for all of our pupils.

Our instructional team is made up of dedicated and experienced teachers who offer a range of subjects to our students, including Reading, Writing, Maths, Science, and Humanities. We also have a support team that provides pastoral care, including counselling and additional support for pupils who may need it.

We use technology in the classroom to enhance learning, and have a well-equipped ICT suite. Our facilities also include a well-stocked library, art room, and a fully equipped sensory room.
