"Driver was over ten minutes late, there was no apology. He then proceeded to drive extremely slowly. A five minute journey became a ten minute one, and we missed our train despite leaving plenty of time for the journey. Don’t use if you want reliability"
"It was a sly move- called for a taxi and was quoted £15 for a 7 minute drive. I said I would call back to book if I didn't find one cheaper. When I did I said I had called just before and it was for the same trip, and was told it would be on its way. They charged us £18 without saying they were charging more. Upside is it was a fine service that came quickly and the driver was friendly."

"Just didn't turn up...! Generally good - been using for years - but not recently: they failed to turn up for a pre-booked 650am ride to HoT station. I called and they didn't answer the phone. Eventually I got thru and they apologised for taking a other ride which is not good enough. Also, been rude and charged inconsistently in the last few months. Would not use again"
