"I am a regular customer of the Sports Direct.I am disappointed that you have closed down one of your stores in Castlepoint. Furthermore,I have had my worst experience in your store in Boscomb because the security guard forced me to leave the building for no apparent reason. He was laughing and not telling me why he was forcing me out the building. Also, an elderly lady came over to ask him a question and he also did not answer it.Unhappily, She left the building."
"For what it is, it has the best staff in all their other Bournemouth branches! Friendly, welcoming and helpful and if you mess them about, know how to handle conflicts. Really missed them when they were shut due to Covid. Have limited stock due to size of the store and if they don't have it in stock, can usually find it from their bigger branch in the town centre. Buy a whole lot of football/rugby paraphernalia from here and always go out of their way to help. Manageress is great, has the peoples touch and is very relatable. It's in the Sovereign Centre so there is wheelchair accessible parking as well as entrence/exit to the store. There are toilets in the centre and the store has a family friendly vibe to it. It is centrally located in Boscombe and about 10mins walk to the beach. Great place to shop!"
