"Most of the products are good. Unfortunately the pva refills are very poor. So you buy the loading kits think good stuff for the money. The refills are no way near as good and look and feel completely different from what you'd hope to recieve if it couldn't be the same. Considering the price is equal to the top brands its very disappointing. I did bring this up with the company, no a single sorry, just abbrut words. Will not deal with this company again. I believe in a fair review, hence 3 stars. Not all products are great and customer service is substandard. Its a shame I'm now the 3rd review on here and it has to the first rating thats not a 5 or even a 4. Picture shows a massive difference. The one on the right is so much thinner and also substandard. Most of the packet is stuck together, I bought 5 packets. 1 packet checked out of the 5 so far. I would like to add that me being unhappy is not being rude and when I didnt get a sorry. I did state I would spread the word to how I've been delt with. This is not a threat, it was a statement that I have followed through with. Its important to have honest reviews. ....."
"Referred by good friend mark rose after leaving an old company a couple years back. Knowing Mark knows exactly what I look for in tackle I got ahead and put an order in, not that I had much choice as the Mrs made me, that's what the receipt should say anyway. The hooks are mega mega sharp out the oacket, by far the best I've had in my hands for a long time, since the old e.s.p days. The swivels, bait screws and everything I ordered are spot on and you literally couldn't get this quality cheaper."
