"I would give no stars if possible, please avoid. Their website charged me twice and they haven't refunded money for it! Was calling them 20 times or more, and each time they assured me the refund was issued - liars! Now my company has to claim it back through the bank! Also, they were late to Stansted airport to pick up my visitor over 2h telling me there was an accident on the way - another lie! They forgot about the pick-up so they sent someone from Reading/Wokinghman that is why it too 2h! PLEASE AVOID!"
"Must avoid this company at all cost. Called multiple times for confirmation of the pick up. Each time I asked them to confirm to me the pick up details they got it wrong every single time. Pick up time and also drop off location. I called 35minutes before pick up to confirm the booking and to ensure it was coming on time, they turn up 20 minutes late. Must avoid!"
