"Fun and entertaining"
"Thorough service, gave us exactly what we wanted from a playlist given which not many dj’s could pull off. Got people up dancing and a good night had by all! Set up was fab, I’ve attended other functions that were a lot larger and therefore needed more equipment which looked amazing. Thankyou"
"Attended a party last night and the hosts had hired these guys for the disco. From the get go it was apparent that the poor girl had been completely ripped off. The DJs had chosen to present themselves as if they'd just rushed over from a world cup themed barbeque at their mate Dezza's. The poor presentation was also shown in their setup - which consisted of a standard sound system, three light boxes, the karaoke setup (2 screens, one with damage to the screen), a £20 LED light sheet draped across the table they were using with no consideration towards aesthetic, and two blokes that were absolutely adamant that they were going to talk over every single song they played all night. When entering the room there had been no consideration either towards the sound levels. For a room with no carpeting and no curtains, the music should not have been so loud. It was tinny, and frankly uncomfortable to listen to. I'd imagine most of the guests woke up feeling like they had a hangover, even if they'd not drank a drop, though most of them chose to remain outside. Throughout the night there were issues. Some forgivable. Some not. - I would say 50% of songs were cut off prematurely. And I'm not talking just cutting the outro off, or the "fadeout" off. This was like half way though the song. Just play the songs. - Songs were started and cut off early for Karaoke. The karaoke instrumental song was played, but this was before the guests were even in the room let alone ready to "perform". The resulted in the the start of the song being played again. Multiple times. - Mics were crackling. Squealing. Cutting out. Failing constantly. This lead to disappointment and they were handed back to the DJs., Who then decided to test the microphones over the songs. WHAT. So instead of isolating the microphones into headphones and testing them, you had one of the DJs bellowing "1,2... 1,2.." over the music. This quite frankly ruined the power and emotion of Jon Bon Jovi's Bed of Roses. - Poor mixing. Songs did not transition well. - Talking over songs, cracking jokes and voicing their on stage banter. Laughing and pratting about over songs. I really have to emphasize the talking over songs. It was too much. It was annoying and met with the cringing faces of the audience. -Yawning.. get some rest. Its just rude and looks unprofessional. (forgot to mention in FB review) Not sure what their cover photo is of, but it was not what we got. Cowboys. Not recommended for a professional occasion."
