"In a casual conversation last summer, I asked Jamie a couple of questions regarding my current Will. He offered to look and advise. Following this he discovered that we had been paying a monthly fee for the past 10 years basically for storage. At Soteria you pay a one off fee to have your Wills safely and securely stored for not much more that what we were paying per month; he was outraged that a company was doing this. Following this our direct debit was cancelled instantly and still to this date the company has not got in contact with us to find out why or offer to send our wills over.
