"First meeting 13th July,I was sat in the office for 20mns as host was late. 2nd meeting I couldnt get into building I had to call Basingstoke as nobody available to let me into newbury building. After meeting I Followed up 12 days later as I had not heard back from Edward,I was told he was on another day off second Friday in a row. I Left message for him to call me on Monday with secretary in Basingstoke, no phone call received. . I called again Tuesday again no return phone call, called again on Wednesday left message but still no return call. Escalated to Basingstoke 10 days later and was put through to Edward. He was very apologetic as he had been dealing with a court case, but sorry came too late. I have also been charged £500 for the firms time. I’m no longer using this company. When it come to children’s access why take the risk please go elsewhere !!! Very badly let down by this company."
